These Terms of Service govern your use of signalfirecode.com and the Signal Fire Reset application operated by Signal Fire Code LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Service

The Signal Fire Reset is a personal wellness tool — a guided audio protocol for the work-to-home transition. It is not a medical device, therapeutic treatment, or substitute for professional mental health care. It is designed for general wellness and personal development purposes.

2. Access and Accounts

Access to the Signal Fire Reset application is granted via a magic link sent to the email address associated with your purchase. This link is personal to you and should not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke access for abuse of the platform, including sharing access links with others.

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. The Signal Fire Reset is a one-time purchase of $47 USD. Due to the immediate digital delivery of access, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, email sal@signalfirecode.com and we will make it right.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within the Signal Fire Reset application — including the protocol design, audio recordings, written copy, and code — is the exclusive property of Signal Fire Code LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Signal Fire Code LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
